  18th century armorial bookplate of Saint Edmund Hall (dated 1704), on the verso of the title-leaf.
Binding   English (Oxford?) calf, blind-tooled on the spine and boards (Uniform with Fol. I 9). Chain-staple scar. Rebacked with new endleaves.
Note   This is a subscriber’s copy, "Dr. John Mill Principal of Edmund Hall Oxon." appearing in the subscription list on Eeee2r.
MS additions   Inscribed "Liber Aulæ Sti. Edmundi. Sept: 24. 1693." on the front pastedown and similarly on the title-page. An ink note on page 70 (addenda to the entry for John Prideaux) is probably in Thomas Hearne’s hand.
